Marketing Executive - Events

πŸ“ London [hybrid] | Reporting to Marketing Lead

About Elect Capital

Elect Capital is changing how SMEs access funding. We provide fast, flexible working capital loans, business loans, and merchant cash advances β€” no red tape, no slow decisions. Live across the UK, Australia, Canada, and the US, and scaling fast, we give SMEs the speed and flexibility traditional lenders can't.

🎯 Our Mission

We exist to give SMEs the capital and confidence to grow β€” fast, fair, and friction-free. Every ambitious business deserves a real shot at growth, not months of paperwork. We've built lending for speed, without cutting corners on fairness. When SMEs win, we win.

The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Executive to own our presence at industry events β€” knowing exactly which conferences, expos, and broker events matter, getting Elect in the room, and turning that visibility into a steady pipeline of qualified leads, while supporting the wider marketing function with day-to-day execution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
