We’re recruiting a Management Executive to join our Marketing Team. Working alongside senior marketing leadership, the role focuses on events and community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership and development of Jungle and third party events, including:

    • Roundtables
    • Dinners
    • Webinars
    • Participation in relevant third-party events.
  • Development of annual engagement programme including:

    • Identifying the right audience
    • Developing relevant themes, formats, and opportunities
    • Managing engagement and delivery
    • Ensuring activities create meaningful engagement and commercial value.
  • Delivery of all relevant events and capturing return on investment, measuring the activity accordingly.

  • Working alongside key individuals to develop and activate relationships with strategic partners.

  • Identifying opportunities for joint activities, content, events, advocacy, introductions, and campaigns that help turn these engagements into greater engagement and opportunity.

  • Support the wider marketing team including:

    • Support with campaigns, communications, client emails, social media, and marketing delivery.
    • Optimise website content to improve conversion rates (CRO).
    • Create and maintain marketing collateral, including company documents and information sheets.
    • Publish and manage website content.
    • Provide marketing support to other business functions, including HR and Sales.

  • 2-4 years experience in a marketing role.
  • Experience in events and partnerships.
  • Experience of event delivery and relationship management.
  • Previous experience of CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.
  • Demonstrate a focus on delivery and deadlines, remaining calm and considered under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Experience with design tools (Canva or Adobe suite preferred).

Desired Skills

  • Experience in the technology sector
  • Experience with Google Suite (Analytics, Search Console, Ads, etc)
