Marketing Executive – Events

Content Guru is a leading global provider of enterprise cloud Customer Experience (CX) and contact centre solutions, and we are at the forefront of the Generative AI evolution.

We are looking for a creative and highly organised Marketing Executive to join our Events team. You will support the planning and delivery of a varied international events programme, including tradeshows, conferences, webinars, summits and executive events, helping to showcase Content Guru to customers and prospects.

Working closely with colleagues across the wider Marketing and Sales teams, you will help ensure events are professionally delivered, aligned with our brand and generate meaningful engagement and sales opportunities.

What we are looking for…

You will be an organised and proactive marketer with strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail. Comfortable managing multiple activities at once, you will enjoy bringing together the practical and creative elements needed to deliver successful events.

Location…

This role is based at our Bracknell, Berkshire Head Office and may involve international travel to support events.

Key responsibilities of the role…

  • Support the planning and delivery of tradeshows, conferences, webinars, networking opportunities and other customer-facing events.
  • Coordinate event communications and marketing materials in line with Content Guru’s brand and messaging.
  • Work with Sales teams to promote upcoming events and help drive attendance, meetings and demonstrations.
  • Support the creation and proofreading of event-related marketing content and collateral.
  • Coordinate suppliers, materials and other practical event requirements.
  • Maintain accurate event, enquiry and lead information within marketing systems and CRM.
  • Monitor event performance and provide updates and reporting to Marketing management.
  • Support wider international marketing, brand and communications activity as required.

About you…

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Events or a related area.
  • Experience within marketing, events, communications or a similar environment would be advantageous.
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good IT and computer literacy.
  • Experience supporting B2B events, CRM activity or marketing communications would be beneficial.
