Join our Fashion Marketing team and play a key role in bringing exciting, customer-focused campaigns to life across one of the world's most dynamic luxury retail categories.
About the Role
As a Marketing Executive for Fashion, you will support the delivery of innovative marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, strengthen brand presence, and support commercial objectives. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider divisional team, you will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders across Buying & Merchandising, Creative, Partnerships, and Retail to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly across multiple channels. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive marketer looking to develop their career within a fast-paced fashion environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of integrated fashion marketing campaigns aligned to brand, customer, and business objectives.
- Coordinate campaign delivery across channels including social media, events, PR, e-commerce, and paid media.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing activity is delivered effectively and on schedule.
- Create and manage detailed campaign briefs, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and key messaging.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and identify opportunities to enhance future marketing activity.
Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
