A positive and collaborative attitude is essential. You'll work closely with the wider team as well as artists and agents, venues, designers, photographers, videographers, sponsors and external event partners.
What You'll Be Doing
- Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across our portfolio of festivals, concerts and club shows, covering the full event lifecycle from initial sign-up and launch through to on-sale, campaign maintenance, event delivery and post-event marketing.
- Lead on email and CRM marketing across our portfolio, planning and delivering campaigns including sign-up journeys, event announcements, pre-sales, ticket launches, sales updates, customer communications and post-event campaigns.
- Manage and develop our customer databases, using segmentation and audience insights to deliver more relevant communications, increase engagement and support ticket sales across the portfolio.
- Support with paid social campaigns across Meta and other relevant platforms, briefing creatives and supporting with reporting.
- Manage day-to-day social media activity across multiple event brands, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Create detailed campaign calendars and social media timelines around key moments including sign-up launches, artist announcements, ticket releases, event information and show days.
- Coordinate event launches, ensuring marketing assets and information are distributed effectively across the internal team, artists and agents, venues, sponsors and event partners.
- Brief designers on artwork, digital assets, paid advertising creative and other campaign requirements, ensuring creative is delivered accurately and on time.
- Develop multiple creative concepts and variations with designers in line with relevant social media trends for paid advertising campaign and organic socials.
- Produce campaign reports covering major announcements, ticket on-sales, paid advertising, email/CRM, social performance and event activity, communicating key insights to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Use campaign data and performance insights to identify opportunities and inform future marketing decisions.
- Play an active role on event days, including managing photographers, videographers and content creators, overseeing social media coverage and capturing original content for future promotional campaigns.
- Help build and develop both existing and future New Vision Events brands, contributing ideas around positioning, audiences, content and creative direction.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
