We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join the team as the Ivy brand continues to grow and expand.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Director and Senior Marketing Manager by creating, sourcing, and executing marketing campaigns, experiential initiatives, and materials in line with key objectives
- Assist the Marketing team in collaborating with restaurants, agencies, and internal departments to deliver best-in-class campaigns that raise awareness of The Ivy Collection brands
- Assist with the creation of all marketing collateral including menus, POS material, and campaign creatives
- Develop relationships with local partners, landlords, associations, and tourist boards to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion
- Manage the seasonal marketing calendar, ensuring the team are on track to deliver against campaign deadlines
- Maintain The Ivy Collection websites, keeping them updated with brand campaigns and cover-driving initiatives while ensuring user journeys are clear & effective
- Support the running of events across The Collection, travelling to sites where required
- Support in the briefing and execution of photo/video-shoots, including mood boarding and sourcing shoot props
- Ensure work management platform is kept up to date (Asana)
- Manage the briefing, build, and deployment of emails for The Ivy Collection
- Assist with briefing in and scheduling social media content, as well as the creation of stories (Canva)
- Create copy for owned digital channels
- Assist with campaign reporting and wrap ups to govern strategy for upcoming campaigns
- Execute various day-to-day administrative duties including maintenance of the assets database, invoicing, management of the marketing inbox, supporting ad-hoc queries on behalf of the team, etc.

Skills & Experiences
- Minimum of 2 years marketing experience
- First class written and verbal communication skills
- Unwavering attention to detail and organized with excellent time management skills
- Communicative, honest, and accountable
- High energy, positive, enthusiastic with unwavering determination
- Experience with Google products, CRM systems, and social media scheduling tools (Sprout Social)
- A strong interest in the London dining scene
- Degree or professional marketing qualification in marketing
Location
Office-based in Fitzrovia with occasional restaurant visits
