Marketing Executive - Supporter Experience and Memberships
About the role:
Northampton Saints are looking for a motivated, organised and enthusiastic Supporter Experience and Memberships Executive to join our Marketing and Communications Team. This is a fantastic entry-level role at Northampton Saints, and a great opportunity for someone with a marketing, events, customer service or supporter engagement background who is looking to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced professional sports environment.
This is an entry-level role and would suit a recent graduate, early-career professional, or someone with a real passion for marketing and events who is keen to learn, grow and build their experience. You may already have some experience in marketing, events, administration, hospitality, retail, customer service or sport — but just as importantly, you will bring energy, attention to detail and a genuine desire to deliver brilliant experiences for our supporters.
Working as part of the wider marketing and supporter experience team, you will help deliver an excellent experience for Saints supporters and members across the season. The role will support the planning, coordination and administration of membership activity, supporter communications, events and matchday engagement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
