Performance Marketing Executive / Manager
Salary: Up to £38,000 + potential performance-related bonus
Location: UK / Remote

The Opportunity
Stockford Recruitment is working with a growing UK technology business operating within a high-volume online consumer market.
The business provides technology and digital infrastructure that enables its customers to operate and grow their online businesses. As part of its continued growth, they are looking for a commercially minded Performance Marketing Executive / Manager to take ownership of paid customer acquisition, with Meta as the primary channel.
Previous experience within their specific industry is not required. They are much more interested in finding somebody who genuinely understands performance marketing, can demonstrate hands-on Meta expertise and knows how to turn advertising spend into profitable customer acquisition.
This is a hands-on position with significant autonomy, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to test ideas, influence strategy and make a measurable commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch and optimise Meta advertising campaigns
- Manage paid acquisition activity against commercial targets
- Monitor and analyse ROAS, CPA/CAC, CTR, CPM, CVR and frequency
- Develop and test audiences, campaign structures and acquisition strategies
- Lead ongoing creative testing, including hooks, messaging, formats and angles
- Diagnose campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining acquisition efficiency
- Use data and attribution to inform marketing decisions
- Work closely with internal stakeholders around growth and commercial objectives
- Support additional paid channels, including TikTok and Google, where appropriate
- Contribute to the wider development of the marketing strategy

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Strong commercial experience managing Meta Ads
- Personally hands-on within Meta Ads Manager
- Experience building, launching and optimising paid campaigns
- Strong understanding of ROAS and customer acquisition economics
- Evidence of campaigns you have personally improved or scaled
- Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain the reasoning behind campaign decisions
- Commercially focused, with an understanding of revenue and profitability
- Comfortable taking ownership within an entrepreneurial environment

- E-commerce, D2C or high-volume B2C acquisition experience
- Experience within online transactional platforms
- TikTok Ads
- Google Ads
- CRM, email and SMS marketing
- Klaviyo
- Attribution platforms such as Triple Whale
- Creative strategy and structured A/B testing

You could currently be working within e-commerce, D2C, subscription, gaming, ticketing or another high-volume B2C environment.
The specific industry isn't important. What matters is being able to demonstrate that you've personally managed Meta campaigns, understand the numbers behind performance and can make commercially intelligent decisions to improve results.
