Who are we looking for?
Pixaera is hiring a Marketing Executive to support our social presence, content output, and events activity — playing a key role in how Pixaera shows up in the world.
This is a broad, hands-on role for someone early in their marketing career who wants to operate across a range of disciplines. You'll be supported by the wider team and have direct access to leadership, but you'll be trusted to take ownership of your work and deliver with minimal hand-holding. You'll help keep our social channels active, support campaigns from brief to publish, and make sure Pixaera is represented well at the industry moments that matter.
This role is ideal for someone who has had their first taste of B2B marketing and is ready to build on it — someone organised, curious, and eager to grow in a fast-moving startup environment.
Key responsibilities
Social & content
- Own and grow Pixaera's social presence, primarily LinkedIn, with a clear content calendar and consistent output
- Write and publish content across channels — from short-form social to longer thought leadership pieces
- Support blog and website updates in collaboration with PMM, keeping content fresh and aligned to our GTM priorities

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
