Seiko UK Limited is the wholly owned UK subsidiary of Seiko Watch Corporation. Operating from Maidenhead since 1985, the company serves the UK and Ireland markets and manages the sales, marketing, servicing, and repair of Grand Seiko, Seiko and Lorus watches, as well as Seiko clocks. It also operates the Grand Seiko Boutique on New Bond Street, London.
Founded in 1881, Seiko is a globally recognised watchmaker renowned for its pioneering innovations and comprehensive in-house manufacturing capabilities across Quartz, Kinetic, Mechanical, Spring Drive, Solar, and GPS Solar technologies.
Seiko UK Limited also includes Seiko Sports Technologies, a global leader in sports timing technology and a long-standing official timekeeping partner of World Athletics.
The successful applicant will join a prestigious heritage brand that combines tradition, innovation, and exceptional craftsmanship to deliver high-quality timekeeping solutions across a wide range of market segments.
Role Description
This is a full-time, office-based role for a Marketing Executive supporting Grand Seiko. Working closely with the Grand Seiko Marketing Manager and wider internal teams, the Marketing Executive will help deliver effective marketing communications to consumers, retailers, and media contacts. The role encompasses a broad range of marketing activities, from social media content and PR support to retail marketing and event coordination, ensuring consistent and impactful brand representation across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Support social media activity, newsletters, advertising campaigns, and retailer marketing initiatives.
- Maintain website and e-commerce content, and monitor performance through analytics.
- Assist with PR activities and media relations.
- Coordinate marketing assets, product samples, point-of-sale materials, and display requirements.
- Provide support for events, VIP activities, and boutique communications.
- Assist with marketing planning, budget tracking, and administrative tasks.
- Provide general marketing and business support across the department.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality communications across digital and print channels, including social media, advertising, PR, POS materials, and events.
- Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of projects, budget trackers, calendars, assets, and reports.
- Effectively coordinate product samples, retailer activity, events, and press communications.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance to support growth in social media engagement, customer databases, and website traffic.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent practical experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a marketing role covering social media, print, digital marketing, and PR.
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt tone of voice for different audiences, including consumers, retailers, and the media.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms, best practice, and key performance indicators.
- Experience using analytics and reporting tools, including GA4; Mailchimp experience would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and/or Canva would be beneficial.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel.

A proactive, self-motivated, creative, and results-driven approach is essential, along with the ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work under pressure.

£30,000 - £32,000 pa

This is an office based role so applicants must be able to commute to Maidenhead. Some business travel may be required.
