About Raptor

Raptor exists to bridge the gap between brands and the real lives of young people.

We’re a global youth brand experience agency. Our work starts with the voices, passions and experiences shaping youth culture today. We use that understanding to build genuine communities around the things young people care about, connecting them through content, experiences and participation.

Over the past decade, we’ve grown from a UK start-up into a global agency working across North America, Europe and APAC. Our clients include Airbnb, PepsiCo, Deliveroo, Jägermeister and many more.

We’re now looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team and help bring Raptor’s marketing strategy to life. This is a hands-on role for someone who is naturally curious, creative and plugged into youth culture, with a particular passion for social media and content.

You’ll have genuine ownership of Raptor’s social channels, working within our existing marketing strategy and with support from the New Business & Marketing Director. You’ll also support the wider marketing strategy across content, events, PR, awards, research and new business initiatives.

About You

We’re looking for someone at the start of their marketing career who is hungry to learn, confident enough to have an opinion and proactive enough to make things happen.

You’ll ideally have at least one year of agency or relevant marketing experience, but attitude, creativity and potential are just as important as your CV.

You Will

  • Have an understanding of integrated marketing and the marketing mix.
  • Have experience supporting the development and delivery of marketing campaigns or initiatives.
  • Have experience managing social media channels, ideally including LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Have a genuine understanding of, and curiosity about, youth culture, students and Gen Z.
  • Have strong written communication skills and an ability to bring personality to your work.
  • Be interested in developing your skills across content, social and wider agency marketing.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The Role

This is a junior role, but one with plenty of responsibility.

You won’t be expected to define the overall marketing strategy, that’s already in place. Instead, you’ll help turn that strategy into great work, taking ownership of day-to-day delivery and looking for new ways to make Raptor more visible, relevant and talked about within the industry.

A big part of your role will be owning Raptor’s social presence across LinkedIn, TikTok and Instagram. You’ll be responsible for creating and coordinating content, spotting opportunities, managing the channels and understanding what is working.

You’ll also get involved in a broad range of marketing activity, from supporting the Raptor Academy and industry events to award entries, PR campaigns, focus groups, surveys and initiatives designed to support our new business ambitions.

The role will be predominantly office-based within the Raptor marketing team, but will also involve getting out and about, visiting campuses and youth hotspots, attending events and capturing content from across the agency and our work.

You’ll work closely with the New Business & Marketing Director, who will provide direction, support and development as you grow into the role.

Responsibilities

Social & Content

  • Take ownership of Raptor’s day-to-day social media presence across LinkedIn, TikTok and Instagram.
  • Manage social content calendars aligned to the wider marketing strategy.
  • Spot opportunities to turn Raptor’s work, people, culture and youth expertise into engaging content.
  • Create and coordinate content, including short-form video, photography, written content and behind-the-scenes coverage.
  • Stay on top of social trends, formats, creators and emerging platforms, and identify opportunities for Raptor to participate in relevant conversations.
  • Monitor social performance and use insights to improve future content.
