Marketing Executive
Are you a creative and organised marketing professional looking to develop your career within a dynamic property and housing environment? We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join our SO Resi Marketing team and support the promotion of shared ownership, resale and new build developments across London.
In this varied role, you will support the delivery of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, maintain property listings across websites and portals, manage website and CRM content, create engaging social media content, and assist with events, development launches and customer communications.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and updating property listings across websites, portals, and third-party platforms.
- Creating and scheduling engaging social media content to promote our developments and brand.
- Supporting email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
- Maintaining website and CRM content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assisting with marketing reporting, events, exhibitions, and development launches.
- Working closely with stakeholders, agencies, and internal teams to deliver successful campaigns.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in marketing, digital marketing, and social media.
- Knowledge of CRM and CMS platforms.
- Experience using content creation tools such as CapCut.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, positive approach.
- An interest in the property market would be advantageous.
