Pickerings Hire is a leading provider of temporary and modular buildings, with ambitious plans for continued growth. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our team and play a key role in developing our marketing function.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for delivering a range of B2B marketing activity, with the development of our website as your first priority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and ongoing management of the Pickerings Hire website.
  • Develop and deliver B2B marketing campaigns to support business growth and sales.
  • Coordinate and attend exhibitions, trade shows and industry events.
  • Develop marketing content and promotional materials.
  • Work closely with the Sales Director and wider business to align marketing activity with commercial objectives.
  • Manage external agencies and suppliers where required.
  • Identify opportunities to further develop the company's marketing strategy and function.

About You

  • Demonstrable experience in a B2B marketing role.
  • Proven experience of website development and digital marketing.
  • Experience of developing marketing campaigns and coordinating exhibitions.
  • Strong communication, organisation and project management skills.
  • Commercially focused, proactive and able to work independently.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and external suppliers.
