You'll join the UK arm of a high-growth fintech lender serving SMEs across multiple markets. The business has scaled quickly since 2019, funded more than $5 billion in loans globally, and is continuing to grow its UK and European presence.
What you'll do
- Execute UK and Europe marketing campaigns across web, email, paid, organic and social channels, turning plans into live activity.
- Turn campaign plans into briefs, assets and launches, coordinating with designers, agencies and specialists to keep delivery moving.
- Update website and landing page content through the CMS, and implement on-page SEO improvements across copy, headings, metadata and internal links.
- Publish and optimise blogs, guides, case studies and other search-led content, while supporting keyword and competitor research.
- Write, edit, proofread and repurpose copy across websites, emails, landing pages, blogs, social posts and campaign materials.
- Build email and lifecycle campaigns, support QA and optimisation, coordinate organic social activity, and track performance while flagging progress and blockers in a remote team.

Who we're looking for
You'll likely suit this role if you enjoy hands-on execution, can work from a clear brief, and take real care with the details.
Must-haves
- Around 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing or a broad hands-on marketing role
- Confident using a CMS to publish and update website and landing page content
- Solid digital marketing fundamentals across web, content, on-page SEO, email, social and basic paid support
- Strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills, with fluent written and spoken English
- Able to take a brief, ask sensible questions, manage your own workload, and use analytics or marketing platforms to understand performance
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in B2B, SME or regulated sectors such as financial services
- Experience creating marketing for business audiences where the tone needs to be clear, trustworthy and useful
- Comfortable in a lean, multi-channel setup where calendars, content, website updates, agencies and reporting are all running at once
