Marketing Executive (Hybrid)
Raytec Ltd are excited to be increasing our team with addition of a Marketing Executive. The role is a permanent position, working within a leading Northeast manufacturing company. If you are an ambitious, high-potential marketer looking for more than a narrow graduate role, this is for you.
Purpose of the Role:
- Sitting at the heart of the Raytec marketing team, you will work across the full breadth of B2B marketing - digital, product, distribution, trade shows, website, and AI - giving you the platform to develop quickly and grow within an international, specialist business.
- Content creation - write clear, accurate, on-brand marketing content suitable for a technical B2B audience.
- Support marketing campaigns – including email marketing, social media, web, and events.
- Maintain Raytec's marketing materials to a consistently high standard.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Write clear, accurate, on-brand marketing content across all channels and formats, from web copy and blog posts to product materials and campaign assets. Build, write, and schedule email campaigns, including template creation, list segmentation, and performance reporting.
- Write and schedule LinkedIn content that reflects the Raytec brand, supports campaign activity, and engages a professional, technical audience.
- Update and maintain the Raytec website (WordPress), keeping pages accurate, current, and consistent with messaging.
- Edit and maintain product datasheets and technical marketing literature, working closely with the product team to ensure accuracy.
- Support the planning and delivery of exhibitions and events, including logistics, materials, and on-site coordination, plus produce sales aids and co-branded assets for the global distribution network.
- Provide marketing support for Atexor Oy (Finland) across relevant touchpoints, including content, campaigns, and materials.
- Track and report on content and campaign performance, collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Technical, and work with the external design agency to produce on-brand assets.

Location:
The role of Marketing Executive requires the employee to work from our offices in Ashington Monday-Wednesday and can work remotely Thursday - Friday.

Desirable Skills:
