Marketing Executive - £38,000 + benefits - London | Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office - Perm - Insurance

Our client is a well-established name within the specialty insurance market, with a strong reputation, ambitious growth plans and a people-focused culture. You’ll join a collaborative marketing function where your work will have visible impact across communications, events, digital content and sales support. With a strong focus on development, ownership and long-term progression, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketing professional looking to build their career within the insurance sector while gaining broad exposure across B2B marketing.

The Marketing Executive will play a key role in keeping campaigns, communications, events and marketing materials organised, engaging and aligned with the organisation’s brand. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and colleagues across the business, supporting brokers and underwriting teams with the content, collateral and communications they need to engage clients and support commercial activity.

Role Highlights

  • Coordinate internal communications, newsletters, intranet updates and digital content.
  • Support LinkedIn, website and email marketing activity across multiple channels.
  • Organise event logistics, speaker materials, merchandise and on-site requirements.
  • Maintain high-quality marketing collateral, presentations, reports and brand assets.
  • Work with internal teams, suppliers and international marketing colleagues.

You Will Need

  • Around three years’ marketing experience, ideally within insurance, financial or professional services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with social media, email marketing and digital content platforms.
  • Confident Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholders.

The Marketing Coordinator role offers the chance to make a tangible contribution within a specialist insurance marketing function while developing your experience across communications, events, digital and commercial support. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, build valuable London Market knowledge and gain exposure to a broad range of marketing activity.
