About the Role

Join the central Ipsos Synthesio global team in this creative and varied marketing role, helping to build awareness of Ipsos Synthesio and generate new business opportunities. Ipsos Synthesio is a social listening platform that captures and analyses what people say and search for online across channels including social media, forums, video, blogs, news and reviews.

You’ll help bring our story to life across LinkedIn, our website, YouTube and other channels, owning and delivering the content calendar and creating everything from insight blogs and visual social content to videos and scripts. You’ll also support webinars, client sessions and industry events, coordinate customer case studies and the Ipsos Synthesio newsletter, and contribute to paid social campaigns and audience targeting.

Based in London in a global role, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across local markets, marketing, product marketing, client enablement, business development and sales. You’ll also use performance insights to understand what’s working and help optimise future marketing activity.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities while communicating clearly with colleagues.
  • Creative, proactive and quality-focused, with an eye for engaging marketing content.
  • Experience creating marketing campaigns and supporting audience targeting.
  • Digitally savvy, with experience using B2B social media such as LinkedIn, publishing online content and working with virtual webinar technology.
  • Proficiency in AI use and adoption to enhance day-to-day tasks, including the ability to critically assess and refine AI-generated content.

Desirable Skills

  • B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS or a digital marketing environment.
  • Understanding of the consumer insights, marketing and digital marketing landscape.
  • Familiarity with social listening platforms and Boolean queries.
  • Experience using design tools such as Canva.
  • Understanding of website and marketing performance tools such as Google Analytics.
