We’re partnering with an established healthcare business looking for a Marketing Executive to join its collaborative marketing team.

Supporting a varied portfolio of healthcare products and services, you’ll work across campaigns, events, content and wider marketing projects. It’s a brilliant opportunity for a marketing graduate or an early-career marketer to gain broad experience within an innovative and growing sector.

The Role

Working closely with the Marketing and Product Manager, you’ll support marketing activity across several areas of the healthcare business. No two days will be the same, with responsibilities including:

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, creative concepts and wider business projects.
  • Coordinating the company’s attendance at events and exhibitions across the UK, working with internal teams, external suppliers and industry partners.
  • Creating engaging content across press releases, case studies, brochures, whitepapers and other online and offline channels.
  • Building relationships with product, sales and senior stakeholders to understand their priorities and translate them into effective marketing activity.
  • Monitoring campaign and event performance against key measures, using the results to help improve future activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You

This role could suit a recent marketing graduate with some relevant work experience or an early-career marketer with around one to three years’ experience. Healthcare sector experience would be beneficial but isn’t essential.

You’ll ideally have:

  • A degree or relevant qualification in marketing, communications or a related subject.
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • An organised and proactive approach, with the confidence to manage several projects and stakeholder relationships.
  • An understanding of online and offline marketing channels, along with an interest in campaign performance and analytics.
  • A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to support events when required.

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud would be useful, but this is not a graphic design-led position. The team is looking for someone who wants to develop as a well-rounded marketer across campaigns, content, events and project delivery.

Why Apply?

This is an opportunity to build broad, hands-on marketing experience within a forward-thinking healthcare business. You’ll contribute to meaningful projects across several parts of the organisation, work with a wide range of stakeholders and join a small, agile team where your ideas and development will be supported.

You’ll need to live within a realistic commuting distance of Bedford, including areas such as Milton Keynes, Luton, Biggleswade, Sandy, Flitwick, Ampthill, Rushden, St Neots and surrounding locations.
