What this role is responsible for

This role supports the Marketing Manager & Country Manager in ensuring effective local marketing and brand visibility through:

  • Event management (coordinating speakers, assets, logistics)
  • Content creation (localised campaigns and advertisements)
  • Digital targeting (A/B testing and performance analysis)

Responsibilities

  • Event Strategy & Execution

    • End-to-end management of in-person and virtual events, including:
      • Calendar coordination
      • Speaker sourcing and engagement
      • Asset and branding creation
      • Live event logistics and audience monitoring
      • Performance post-mortems and KPI tracking
  • Digital Marketing & Campaigns

    • Designing and publishing multi-platform digital campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.)
    • Developing targeted email strategies and automated nurture sequences
    • Data-driven optimisation and A/B testing of assets and messaging
  • Content & Creative

    • Writing engaging event and service announcements (pleinair/short-form content)
    • Designing attention-grabbing visual assets for brand integration

  • Operational Excellence

Role Location

  • United Kingdom or Europe (with limited international travel)
  • Remote-first flexible to support field events

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in:
    • Digital/Performance Marketing (data, creativity & execution)
    • Campaign analytics & ROI optimisation
  • Technical skills:
    • Proficient with CRM or email marketing platforms (Mailchimp/HubSpot)
    • Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager is a plus
  • Creative strongpoints:
    • Ability to text, design and ideate self-sufficiently (or collaboratively)
    • Mastery of or experience with Canva/Adobe Creative Suite for branded content
  • Collaborative skills:
    • Cross-office coordination (UK + Europe)
    • Accustomed to agile workflows and remotely aligned priorities

Preferred: Background in edtech, K-16, or private tutoring (UK/Europe school environments).
