Marketing Executive and Customer Service
Company Overview
Flawless UK Vape distribution is one of the largest vape distributors in the UK, supplying over 10,000 accounts with 12,000 SKUs in the UK. We carry a large range of vaping products from top brands all around the world. The products we carry are all TPD compliant and meet the strict safety and quality standards set out in the UK and Europe. As the largest distributors of vaping products in the UK, we get our hands on the latest products before anyone else. Flawless has established itself as a leader in the market of VAPE and CBD products. The company has seen year on year growth of the business and has recently moved to bigger premises to expand our operations.
Job Description
- Create and schedule content across all social media platforms for Vape, Distro, CBD, Wellness, and Moosh.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, across all brands.
- Create, schedule, and manage weekly email marketing campaigns for CBD retail and wholesale customers.
- Monitor, track, and analyse weekly and monthly performance data for email marketing and social media channels, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Upload product images and create product descriptions for the CBD website.
- Support brand visibility and engagement through consistent content planning and execution.
- Upload weekly YouTube videos and shorts for the vape shop channel.
- Liaise with multiple brands regarding marketing opportunities, campaigns, and promotional activities for Vape and Distro divisions.
- Prepare and deliver monthly marketing reports for brands subscribed to Flawless marketing packages across Vape, Distro, and CBD sectors.
- Collaborate closely with Warehouse, Returns, Sales, E-commerce to ensure efficient communication and issue resolution.

Customer Service
- Monitor and respond to customer service emails, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Manage customer conversations and enquiries across eBay accounts.
- Manage customer conversations and enquiries across Amazon accounts, including Litejoy and CBD stores.
- Handle incoming customer phone calls, providing support and resolving concerns efficiently.
- Track and respond to customer order queries, providing updates and resolutions as required.
- Manage customer returns across all sales channels, including Amazon (CBD and Vape), eBay, CBD retail website, Vape retail website.
- Track, update, and resolve returns recorded on the returns sheet.
- Liaise with warehouse teams regarding order queries, delivery issues, stock concerns, and returns processing.
- Work closely with the Returns Department to ensure customer returns are processed accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate with courier partners, including DPD, Royal Mail, and UPS, to investigate and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Raise and manage claims with DPD and Royal Mail for lost or missing parcels.
- Process refunds, replacements, and other customer resolutions in accordance with company policies.
- Provide customer support through email, telephone, social media messaging, Shopify, and marketplace platforms, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
