JOB TYPE: Permanent

INDUSTRY SECTOR: Build-to-Rent / Residential property

LOCATION: Office based 5 days a week (no flex on this), 9am-6pm

SALARY: £40,000-£55,000 depending on experience

This is a broad, hands-on 360° marketing role, covering everything from strategic planning and brand development through to campaign delivery and resident engagement

My client are an award-winning Build-to-Rent business.

ABOUT THE ROLE

What you'll be doing

  • Own and deliver marketing plans for new and operational BTR schemes
  • Develop channel strategies across digital, social, website, PR, outdoor and other media
  • Manage agencies and third-party partners, including digital, PR, website and property platforms
  • Influence creative development and oversee production of marketing collateral and content
  • Lead marketing activity for new scheme launches, including photography and videography
  • Develop and deliver the corporate brand across websites, social media, PR and industry awards
  • Use customer and campaign insight to improve the journey from enquiry through to viewing and reservation
  • Lead resident engagement activity, including events, loyalty initiatives, surveys, reviews and resident communications
  • Explore new technology, PropTech and AI opportunities to enhance marketing activity.

ABOUT YOU

What we're looking for

  • Experience working in a 360° marketing role, within residential property, co-working, accommodation or hospitality
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects through to completion
  • Creative and ideas-led, with the ability to turn ideas into practical marketing activity
  • Comfortable moving between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery
  • Experience managing agencies and external suppliers
  • A positive and curious attitude towards new technology, including AI
