Marketing Executive β€” Archer Street Bars

πŸ“ London Area, United Kingdom | Full-time, on-site

About Us

Archer Street Bars is a boutique hospitality brand offering immersive, performance-led cocktail experiences at its Soho and Northcote Road venues. Each bar blends high-quality cocktails with live entertainment, creating an atmosphere of glamour and memorable nights for guests. A talented team of performers delivers engaging vocal performances, enhancing the venue's unique, theatrical feel. Archer Street also hosts bespoke events, including exclusive hires and seasonal events, attracting a diverse clientele seeking distinctive nightlife and event options.

The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Executive to plan and execute marketing campaigns that promote Archer Street's venues, events, and brand across digital and offline channels. You'll work closely with management and venue teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with our business objectives and our immersive, performance-led brand identity β€” bringing ideas, not just posting on social media.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and develop our social media presence across key platforms
  • Create and coordinate engaging content, including stories, reels and event promotions
  • Develop marketing campaigns to drive bookings, events and footfall
  • Promote our seasonal programme, including Christmas, New Year's Eve, brunches, live entertainment and special events
  • Manage email marketing and our customer database, including our Knights members
  • Support corporate, private hire and event marketing
  • Manage our website and SEO programme
  • Develop partnerships and local business opportunities
  • Manage venue and event listings across multiple platforms
  • Support review management across Google, Tripadvisor and other listing sites
  • Coordinate photography, video, artwork and other creative content, with clear written briefs
  • Work with venue teams to ensure marketing reflects what is actually happening within each venue
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide clear, practical reporting to the business owner
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, trends and competitor activity
  • Identify new opportunities to grow the Archer Street brand and customer base

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
