Senior B2B Marketing Executive – Partner Marketing

About the Role
A leading global digital delivery and technology business is seeking a Senior B2B Marketing Executive to support marketing initiatives aimed at helping restaurant, grocery and convenience partners grow their businesses across the UK and Ireland.
This role sits within the B2B marketing function and combines campaign management, partner insight, data analysis, content, stakeholder engagement and project delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external creative partners to develop marketing initiatives that improve partner engagement, satisfaction and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and activate partner incentives and campaigns designed to increase partner satisfaction and business performance.
- Build a strong understanding of independent partners, their business challenges and growth opportunities through research, data, interviews and internal insights.
- Collaborate with CRM teams to develop content across multiple communication channels and implement test-and-learn approaches to improve engagement.
- Partner with Account Management and other commercial teams to develop integrated marketing plans.
- Track and evaluate campaign, offer and project performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation.
- Work with copywriters, designers and agencies to brief, review and refine creative and marketing deliverables.
- Coordinate stakeholder reviews and ensure relevant teams remain informed of project developments and changes.
- Translate marketing briefs into clear objectives, KPIs and measurable outcomes.
- Manage project timelines and ensure campaigns and deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Support budget management, including responsibility for smaller project budgets and purchase orders.
- Use data and performance insights to make informed decisions and maximise campaign impact.
- Contribute to broader marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects as required.

Requirements
- Experience in marketing, ideally within a B2B, partner marketing or commercially focused environment.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through to execution and measurement.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly understand the needs of internal stakeholders and external business partners.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to evaluate performance and make decisions.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for different audiences.
- Strong project and timeline management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across marketing, CRM, account management and other business functions.
- Commercially minded and results-focused, with an ambition to drive continuous improvement.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- A proactive and responsible approach to marketing and its broader impact.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to give and receive feedback.

- B2B marketing experience.
- Exposure to additional marketing channels such as TV, OOH or PR.
- Interest in and understanding of AI applications within the workplace.
