About DCBL
DCBL is one of the UK's leading providers of debt resolution and enforcement services, recognised nationally through the successful Channel 5 television programme Can't Pay? We'll Take It Away!. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a talented and proactive Marketing Executive to support and deliver marketing activity across the organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a creative, organised and energetic marketing professional looking for a varied role with exposure to design, digital marketing, social media, internal communications and event management.
The Role
As Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of DCBL's marketing and communications strategy. This is a true all-rounder position requiring creativity, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Working closely with the Head of Brand and the Head of Digital Marketing you will help create engaging content, manage social media and paid digital channels, support internal communications initiatives, coordinate events and ensure consistent brand standards across all marketing activity.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Brand Support
- Create engaging marketing materials including brochures, presentations, digital assets, adverts and internal communications materials.
- Ensure all marketing collateral adheres to pre-existing DCBL brand guidelines.
- Assist with creative design requirements for campaigns, events and internal initiatives.

Digital Marketing
- Create and publish website and digital content to support business objectives.
- Assist with SEO and content marketing activities to improve online visibility.
- Support email marketing campaigns and nurture activities.
Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain DCBL's social media channels.
- Develop and schedule social media content calendars.
- Monitor engagement, track performance and identify opportunities to grow audience reach.
Internal Communications
- Support employee engagement initiatives through effective internal communications.
- Create content for company announcements, newsletters and internal campaigns.
- Help promote company culture, charitable initiatives and employee events.
Event Management
- Assist with the planning and delivery of corporate events, exhibitions, networking events and internal company activities.
- Coordinate event logistics, suppliers, venues and promotional materials.
- Support attendance at industry events and conferences.
Marketing Administration
- Maintain marketing calendars and campaign schedules.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Support budget tracking and purchasing processes where required.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a marketing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confident stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Desirable
- Experience using Canva for graphic design and content creation.
- Experience managing LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Experience using Trello or similar project management tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and campaign management.
- Basic photography and video content creation skills.
