Marketing Executive - Conference & Events, Levy UK | Full-Time / Permanent

We’re looking for...
We’re looking for a creative, organised and commercially minded Marketing Executive to help bring our Conference & Events marketing strategy to life across a growing portfolio of 13 iconic stadium venues. From Premier League football grounds to leading rugby destinations, you’ll help showcase these incredible spaces beyond match day, creating engaging campaigns and content that drive awareness, enquiries and bookings.
Marketing Executive - The Role
- Support the delivery of quarterly and venue-specific Conference & Events marketing campaigns, keeping schedules, actions and deadlines on track.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, venue teams, sales teams, client marketing teams and agencies to turn commercial priorities into engaging marketing activity.
- Create clear, persuasive and engaging content for email campaigns, websites, social media, brochures, presentations and sales materials.
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of email marketing campaigns, including audience selection, campaign build, testing, scheduling, sending and performance reporting.
- Use campaign performance data and insights to identify opportunities, test activity and improve future campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day website updates and campaign landing pages, ensuring content, links, user journeys and tracking are accurate and effective.
- Work with digital agencies and client teams to coordinate website updates and support visibility, enquiries and conversion.
- Create straightforward, on-brand marketing assets using Canva or Adobe, ensuring creative is consistent across all channels.
- Prepare clear briefs for creative and digital agencies and coordinate feedback, approvals and delivery.
- Work with client marketing teams to gather content and make effective use of their audiences and channels to promote Conference & Events opportunities beyond match day.
- Maintain campaign trackers and dashboards, collating results and highlighting successes, issues and key learnings to the Marketing Manager.
- Support GDPR-compliant data management, including data cleansing, list management and audience segmentation.
- Help coordinate exhibitions, hosted events, photography, videography and partner activity before, during and after delivery.
- Maintain an organised central library of approved imagery, copy, templates, presentations and sales materials.
- Support with purchase orders, invoices and campaign and budget administration, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a marketing role, or a relevant marketing qualification combined with practical marketing experience.
- Experience across email marketing, content management, social media or campaign reporting platforms.
- Strong written English, proofreading skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisation and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and campaign performance results.
- Basic design capability using Canva; Adobe experience would be an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to follow up actions and keep projects moving.
- A proactive, practical approach with the ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of day-to-day delivery.
- An interest in venues, hospitality, meetings and events would be desirable.
- A full driving licence and willingness to travel to venues.
