Our partner, a trusted expert in digital workplace optimisation, empowers leading global brands to cut through complexity and drive adoption of Microsoft modern work solutions. They specialise in consulting and employee experience platforms, ensuring people remain connected and engaged within their organisations. With a mission to simplify the digital landscape, they help businesses unlock productivity and foster a thriving work environment. They are now expanding their team and looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join their team, operating on a hybrid basis across the UK.

About the Role:

They are seeking a proactive and highly organised Marketing Executive who will take ownership of integrated marketing campaigns and events from concept through to execution. This role is ideal for a driven marketing professional with a passion for demand generation and brand awareness within the B2B tech space. You will play a crucial role in supporting both the Cocentric and Connect Frontline brands, focusing on clear communication, confident delivery, and measurable marketing impact. You will thrive in an environment where your contributions directly influence lead generation, partner marketing, and sales enablement efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end planning, promotion, and delivery of marketing events, including webinars, trade shows, and customer events.
  • Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, web, and partner channels.
  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Support demand generation, brand awareness initiatives, and monitor competitor marketing activities.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing content across the buyer journey, including case studies and digital/video assets.
  • Create, build, and send targeted email newsletters, nurture campaigns, and marketing communications.
  • Manage and optimise website content, landing pages, and lead generation assets using HubSpot.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally within a B2B technology, SaaS, consultancy, or professional services environment.
  • Proven experience delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Significant experience owning events and webinars, including planning, promotion, and delivery.
  • Hands-on experience creating landing pages and campaign assets to support lead generation.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence in presenting plans and results to stakeholders.
