Location: Hemel Hempstead
Position: Full Time, Office Based
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 – 5:30pm
We are recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator to join an established and collaborative marketing team within a successful business specialising in professional broadcast, video, and audio equipment.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who doesn't just want to follow a marketing plan, but wants to have a genuine input into how things are done. You'll be encouraged to bring fresh ideas to the table, share your opinions, and put your own creative spin on campaigns and activity.
The Role
Working closely with the wider marketing team and senior management, you will take ownership of coordinating agreed marketing activity while also contributing towards longer-term marketing strategies.
The role will predominantly focus on B2B marketing, alongside some B2C activity, giving you the opportunity to work across a varied customer base.
You'll be someone who can work independently, manage your own workload, and take accountability for your area of responsibility. You'll be trusted to use your initiative, identify opportunities, and ensure marketing activity remains relevant, engaging, and aligned with the wider business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and delivering agreed marketing plans and campaigns
- Contributing ideas towards longer-term marketing strategies
- Bringing fresh, creative ideas and suggestions to the wider team
- Working closely with senior management and key stakeholders
- Taking ownership and accountability for marketing activity within your area
- Managing multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Creating and maintaining organised marketing schedules and activity plans
- Setting and monitoring your own KPIs and measuring the success of activity
- Ensuring marketing content and activity remains relevant to the target audience
- Supporting both B2B and B2C marketing activity
- Working collaboratively with the wider marketing team while confidently managing your own responsibilities

About You
We're looking for someone who is confident in their own ability and isn't afraid to share their opinion.
You'll be naturally organised, able to manage your diary and priorities effectively, and comfortable taking ownership of your workload. You'll also have a strong understanding of relevance in marketing, understanding that successful activity needs to reach the right audience, with the right message, at the right time.
Excellent written communication and grammar are essential, alongside a genuine creative streak and the confidence to challenge ideas and suggest new approaches.

Ideally, You'll Have:
- Previous experience within a marketing role
- Experience supporting and coordinating marketing campaigns
- A good understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing
- Excellent written communication and grammar
- Strong organisational and diary/project management skills
- The ability to work independently and use your own initiative
- Confidence to bring new ideas and opinions to the table
- A proactive and accountable approach to your work
- The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels, including senior management
- An understanding of marketing KPIs and measuring campaign performance
