As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Marketing Executive who wants to make a genuine impact. This is far more than a traditional marketing role. You'll combine creativity with commercial thinking, using marketing, digital technology and AI to raise our profile, strengthen client relationships and support business growth.

About the Role
Working closely with the Directors, you'll take ownership of our marketing activity whilst supporting business development across the company.
From creating engaging content and managing LinkedIn campaigns to researching target organisations, improving our websites and embracing the latest AI tools, no two days will be the same.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working autonomously, takes pride in delivering high-quality work and wants to help shape the future of a growing business.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering marketing campaigns that support business growth
- Creating engaging content for websites, LinkedIn, email marketing and promotional materials
- Managing and developing our digital presence, including SEO and AI search optimisation
- Producing brochures, presentations, candidate packs and marketing collateral
- Managing LinkedIn activity for both the business and Directors
- Creating thought leadership content, blogs and market insights
- Supporting webinars, networking events and client communications
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through AI and marketing technology
- Measuring campaign performance and recommending improvements
About You
You'll be commercially minded, proactive and naturally curious.
You enjoy taking ownership, spotting opportunities for improvement and bringing new ideas to the table. You're equally comfortable working independently and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
You'll have:
- Experience in a marketing role
- Excellent written communication and content creation skills
- Strong digital marketing knowledge, including SEO
- Experience managing LinkedIn and social media campaigns
- Confidence using Canva or similar design software
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- An interest in AI and emerging marketing technology
