Marketing Executive

Integrated Marketing | Campaign Management | Digital & Brand Marketing

About the Opportunity

Are you a creative and commercially minded marketer who enjoys bringing campaigns to life and seeing measurable results?

As a Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, consideration and applications for Torrens University. Working across advertising, digital, social media, direct marketing, experiential activities, events and collateral development, you'll deliver compelling campaigns that strengthen our brand and support the University's strategic growth.

Working closely with faculty, internal stakeholders and agency partners, you'll execute campaigns across digital, social media, advertising, events, direct marketing and content. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketer who enjoys balancing creativity with data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

You'll develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, advertising, direct marketing and events, creating engaging experiences that strengthen the Torrens University brand and support strategic marketing objectives.

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, advertising, email, events and direct marketing.
  • Create engaging marketing content for websites, social media, campaign assets and promotional materials.
  • Manage campaign briefs, timelines and creative delivery with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimisations using data and market insights.
  • Develop product marketing plans informed by customer, market and competitor research.
  • Maintain marketing assets including websites, course information, campaign landing pages and sales collateral.
  • Coordinate lead generation campaigns, Open Days, Information Sessions and other recruitment events.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, faculty and student services to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Produce campaign reports and contribute insights that improve future marketing performance.

Skills & Experience

Must Have

  • Degree or qualification in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • At least two years' experience in a marketing or campaign management role.
  • Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong copywriting and content development skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media and direct marketing.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience within higher education or another consumer-focused industry.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Experience coordinating agencies and creative production.
  • Exposure to event marketing and lead generation campaigns.
