Marketing Executive
Hybrid (2 office days per week)
Rochdale, UK
Want a marketing role where you can build experience across the whole marketing mix rather than being stuck doing the same thing every day?
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join the team at Marsh Finance.
This is a genuinely varied role. You’ll work across campaigns, creative, content, automation, customer communications, B2B marketing, social media, websites, events, internal communications, and sales support.
You’ll also get involved in some of the projects shaping how we market and communicate in the future, including marketing automation, customer journeys, digital campaigns, and new ways of engaging customers and partners.
It’s a great opportunity for someone who already has some marketing experience and wants to build a much broader skill set.
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll work with the wider marketing team to turn ideas into campaigns, content, and communications that people actually want to engage with.
Your role will include:
- Creating marketing materials for digital and print, including social graphics, presentations, guides, campaigns, and sales materials.
- Supporting customer and B2B campaigns across email, SMS, digital, social, and other channels.
- Getting involved in marketing automation projects and customer communication journeys.
- Writing and editing clear, engaging marketing copy.
- Supporting campaigns designed to engage our dealer, broker, and business partners.
- Producing marketing materials that help our Sales teams communicate the Marsh Finance proposition.
- Creating and scheduling social media content.
- Supporting PR, events, awards, and wider brand activity.
- Helping deliver internal communications and employee engagement campaigns.
- Updating website pages, blogs, and digital content.
- Supporting reporting and campaign performance activity.
- Working with agencies, suppliers, and teams across the business to get projects delivered.
- Helping keep the Marsh Finance brand consistent across everything we produce.

What We're Looking For
You don’t need to be a specialist in everything.
We’re looking for someone with good marketing foundations, a creative eye, and the confidence to learn new things.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience working in a marketing role.
- Good design skills and experience producing professional marketing materials.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
- Strong copywriting and written communication skills.
- An understanding of content, social media, and digital marketing.
- An interest in marketing technology, automation, and customer journeys.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage several projects at once.
- Good attention to detail.
- The confidence to take ownership of your work while collaborating with others.
