About The Role

Role: Marketing Executive
Location: Rainham (3 days a week in office)
Contract Type: Permanent - Full-Time
Hours: 37.5 per week (9am-5.30pm)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum

We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Executive with 4+ years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage and deliver marketing campaigns independently while working collaboratively with the wider team. You'll receive strategic direction and support where needed, with the opportunity to take ownership of campaigns from planning through to execution and reporting.

The role involves managing day-to-day marketing activities, supporting business growth, and contributing to a broad range of marketing initiatives. Experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, execute, and report on integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Create and manage engaging marketing content across blogs, social media, email campaigns, websites, and sales collateral, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and business messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, designers, agencies, and suppliers to develop high-quality marketing materials and support campaign delivery.
  • Support the planning, scheduling, and optimisation of social media activity, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to increase audience engagement and growth.
  • Develop, execute, and optimise email marketing campaigns using HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms), including audience segmentation, workflow automation, lead nurturing, and performance reporting.
  • Assist in developing product value propositions, customer personas, Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), key messaging, and sales enablement materials to support commercial objectives.
  • Coordinate marketing activities for events, product launches, and promotional campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain marketing assets, collateral, and website content (WordPress preferred), while providing administrative support to the marketing and sales teams and ensuring marketing resources remain organised and up to date.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required

  • Experience: Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a marketing role with responsibility for delivering marketing campaigns.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Essential Skills:
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities whilst meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Able to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders using a variety of communication methods.
    • Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver work to agreed deadlines.
    • Experience using HubSpot (preferred) or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform.
    • Experience with email marketing platforms, social media management, and analytics tools.
