Marketing Executive
Swegon is seeking a Marketing Executive to be based at our site in Snodland, Kent. The role focuses on providing creative, hands-on, and high-quality marketing support across Swegon UK & I. Responsibilities include CRM, digital content, marketing campaigns, and the company's CPD/webinar program.
About the Role
As a core member of the Marketing team, the Marketing Executive will deliver engaging, effective, and measurable marketing activities across multiple channels. The role requires a highly organized individual comfortable taking ownership of projects from planning through to delivery.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
CRM & Digital Marketing
- Plan, build, and deliver omnichannel marketing campaigns using HubSpot and other relevant marketing platforms.
- Support lead generation activity and ensure marketing leads are captured, managed, and reported effectively.
- Work closely with sales and other internal teams to ensure marketing activity supports wider commercial objectives.
Website & Content
- Maintain and update website content using the company's CMS.
- Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with SEO best practice.
- Identify opportunities to improve website content and user journeys.
Marketing Projects & Campaigns
- Take ownership of key marketing campaigns and projects throughout the year, from initial planning through to delivery and reporting. Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations based on results.
- Coordinate activity across email, website, social media, events, and other relevant channels.
- Support product launches, lead generation campaigns, events, and other initiatives within the UK&I marketing plan.
CPD & Webinar Programme
- Take ownership of Swegon's CPD and webinar program, helping to grow its reach, engagement, and effectiveness as a lead generation tool.
- Work with presenters and internal subject matter experts to prepare webinar content and supporting materials.
- Host and manage live webinars using dedicated webinar/livestreaming software.
- Coordinate webinar communications, including invitations, registration, reminders, and follow-up activity.
- Monitor attendance, engagement, and feedback and report on webinar performance.
- Ensure webinars are delivered professionally and provide a high-quality experience for attendees.
- Identify opportunities to develop the CPD program and increase participation.

General Marketing Support
- Support the wider marketing team with day-to-day marketing activities. Work collaboratively with colleagues across Swegon and the wider business.
- Support exhibitions, events, sponsorships, and other marketing activities where required.
- Travel in and around the UK, with occasional overseas travel potentially required.
Essential Qualifications
- GCSE Maths, English, and IT or equivalent
- Marketing, communications, digital marketing, or related experience
- Full and valid UK driving license
Essential Experience
- Minimum two years’ experience in a similar marketing role, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
- Experience using CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.
- Experience creating and delivering successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience creating written content for websites and other digital channels.
- Experience using website CMS platforms such as Optimizely and/or Squarespace.
- Experience planning, coordinating, and delivering marketing projects.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
