About the Role
- Run multichannel campaigns that grow delegate numbers, award entries and event attendance
- Own the full awards entry campaign, from launch through to the shortlist announcement
- Own the digital presence for events: websites, email, search and social
- Run acquisition campaigns that generate trials and qualified leads for the subscriptions sales team
- Build lifecycle journeys that turn trialists into subscribers and keep them renewing
- Turn editorial content and data into marketing assets
- Manage paid and organic campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads
- Report on KPIs (registrations, entries, trials, conversion) and recommend improvements
- Report to the Publisher and work closely with the sales, events and editorial teams

About the Candidate
- At least 2 years’ B2B marketing experience across events, subscriptions or both
- Has run email and lifecycle campaigns
- Uses data to set targets and reports against them
- Strong copywriter with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in HubSpot, Google Analytics and CMS platforms
- Can run several campaigns at once and stays calm under pressure
- Confident working with senior stakeholders
- Driven to hit and beat targets
Bonus: has launched an event, marketed a SaaS or data product, or knows PE, finance or professional services audiences
