Posting Description
We’re hiring for a Marketing Executive to support our growing Marketing team!
To keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we’re looking for a dedicated Marketing Executive to sit at the heart of our digital team, working alongside our website and eCRM leads and supporting both areas day to day.
You'll take briefs from teams across the business and turn them into well-targeted email campaigns and well-built web pages – building and sending emails to segmented audiences, creating and updating pages on our website, resolving digital issues, and reporting on how everything performed.
You’ll also own our lead processing, so we’re looking for someone process driven who spots inefficiencies and is confident recommending how we do things better.
We’re Looking For Someone With
- At least 1–2 years’ experience in a digital or marketing role
- Hands-on experience building and sending email campaigns and segmenting audiences in a CRM or email platform
- Experience building or updating pages in a CMS, with an understanding of good web content and basic SEO principles
- A process-driven mindset – you like things documented and repeatable, and naturally look for ways to remove manual effort
- Comfortable with data: accurate, detail-focused and confident pulling numbers into a clear reports
- Well organised, able to juggle several briefs at once and prioritise sensibly
- A clear communicator who can explain digital topics simply and enjoys working across teams
- Curious and proactive, with an interest in AI and automation tools
- Commercially aware – you understand how marketing activity links to enquiries, pipeline and revenue, and keep that front of mind

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
