Are you looking for a hands-on marketing opportunity where you can develop practical commercial skills and gain experience working directly with customers?
We're expanding our team and are looking for motivated individuals to join us as Marketing Executives. We specialise in traditional, offline marketing and face-to-face sales, giving you the opportunity to gain practical experience in customer acquisition, campaign delivery, sales, and client representation.
You'll begin by learning our products and services, understanding the clients and campaigns you represent, and developing confidence in professional customer interactions. As you build your knowledge and experience, you'll take on greater involvement in campaign activity and day-to-day operations.
Your Role
As a Marketing Executive, you'll be involved in:
- Representing clients through traditional, offline, face-to-face marketing and sales campaigns.
- Engaging directly with customers to introduce and promote products and services.
- Supporting customer acquisition and sales activity.
- Communicating campaign and product information clearly and professionally.
- Building positive customer relationships and representing clients appropriately.
- Learning about the products, services, clients, and campaigns you work on.
- Contributing towards individual and team campaign objectives.
- Supporting the delivery and day-to-day running of sales and marketing campaigns.
- Working alongside experienced team members to develop your understanding of campaign management.

Previous experience in marketing, sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, events, promotions, or other customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential.
Training & Development
You'll receive training covering:
- Product and service knowledge.
- Client and campaign information.
- Face-to-face customer engagement.
- Sales and customer acquisition techniques.
- Campaign procedures and objectives.
- Professional communication and client representation.
- The day-to-day delivery and management of offline campaigns.
Ongoing coaching will help you develop transferable professional skills including sales, communication, commercial awareness, customer relationship management, organisation, and campaign management.
