Company Description

Montessori Apprentice Academy (MAA) is an Ofsted-rated strong training provider for teaching and curriculum and the only UK organisation to offer apprenticeships combined with the Montessori Diploma. The academy focuses on supporting individuals who are passionate about helping children succeed and who seek high-quality, professional training. MAA has a strong track record of delivering 95% government-funded EYE/EYP apprenticeships alongside Montessori CPD accredited courses and workshops. Training is delivered nationwide by award-winning, highly qualified, and engaging experts, providing learners with a robust foundation in Montessori and early years education.

Role Description

The Marketing Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in Watford. This position is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote MAA’s apprenticeships, Montessori Diploma programmes, and CPD courses. Day-to-day tasks include:

The role involves gathering and analysing marketing data, tracking campaign performance, and preparing reports to inform future strategies. The Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with training and admissions teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication with prospective learners and partner nurseries.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in marketing campaign planning, content creation, and social media management.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and channels, such as email marketing platforms, website CMS, and basic analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to prospective learners and partner organizations.
  • Ability to organise multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a small, collaborative team environment.
  • Interest in or understanding of Montessori education and early years training is highly beneficial.
  • Prior experience in education, training, or non-profit marketing is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in basic design or presentation tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint) is desirable.
