This is a varied, hands-on role for an experienced all-rounder marketing professional who can confidently manage multiple priorities, work proactively with stakeholders across the business and deliver high-quality integrated marketing campaigns and assets from concept through to evaluation.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will contribute to the delivery of the marketing strategy while independently managing day-to-day marketing activities. - Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the marketing strategy, identifying new opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation.
- Plan, manage and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Take ownership of Project Centre’s digital presence, including social media and website content.
- Work with internal stakeholders and the Head of Marketing to create award submissions, email campaigns, blogs, videos and other marketing content.
- Plan, coordinate and deliver Project Centre’s participation in exhibitions, conferences, networking events, awards and internal events.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, providing marketing advice and campaigns.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance using relevant metrics and analytics, producing insightful reports with recommendations for future activity.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, target audiences and new marketing opportunities.
- Manage and maintain online directories, company profiles, reviews and reputation management platforms.
- Maintain and build relationships with key suppliers, ensuring production best practice, cost efficiency, timeline management and value for money.
- Support marketing administration, including raising purchase orders, maintaining marketing budgets, coordinating suppliers and ensuring effective record keeping.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
