Marketing Executive | Commercial Property

Up to £35k + benefits | Hybrid London

Our client is a well-established, and very inspiring commercial property consultancy with an impressive history and plans for transformational growth. They are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to support with innovative multi-channel marketing and communications campaigns with a focus on creativity, delivering compelling visual and written content. This exciting role will be hybrid working (4 days office + 1 day remote) alongside a collaborative team in the central London.

About the Role

As Senior Marketing Executive, you will support the Head of Marketing with planning and delivering forward-thinking marketing plans and campaigns that drive brand awareness and effectively continue to position this company as a property industry leader. Using your understanding of multi-channel marketing and communications, you help to execute creative and varied marketing activity including creating engaging content that builds the brand. You will deliver marketing communications across social media, web, email marketing, PR, direct mail flyers, and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Marketing with planning and delivering marketing plans and campaigns
  • Execute creative and varied marketing activity
  • Create engaging content that builds the brand
  • Deliver marketing communications across multiple channels

Requirements

  • Experience ideally from commercial property preferred
  • Skilled in marketing campaign planning, delivery, and reporting
  • Experience in social media, creating and delivering content
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Use of graphics packages, e.g. Canva, to prepare images and videos for social media
  • Excellent writing ability, able to create engaging copy
  • A data-driven approach to digital marketing
