Company Description
At Stone Tile Company, we help homeowners and trade professionals create beautiful spaces with stylish, quality tiles at accessible prices. We’re an independent, growing ecommerce business with a showroom and warehouse in Leicestershire, supplying customers across the UK.
Role Description
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join us in a new, permanent role as we expand our marketing team. It’s an opportunity to bring your ideas to a business where you can see the impact of your work - from introducing customers to their perfect tiles to helping us reach new trade partners and welcoming more people into our showroom.
You’ll get involved in Klaviyo email campaigns, website content, trade marketing and local showroom promotion. Working closely with our Marketing Manager, Company Director and wider team, you’ll help shape and deliver campaigns, explore new opportunities and use what you learn to improve results.
If you enjoy combining creativity with a commercial mindset, taking ownership of your work and seeing your ideas put into practice, we’d love to hear from you. An interest in interiors and home design would help you feel at home here, too.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
