Are you a Marketing Executive ready to take the next step in your career?

We’re working with an ambitious technology business that is looking for a commercially minded Marketing Executive to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already has a solid grounding across marketing and is now looking for greater responsibility, ownership and the opportunity to make a real impact.

This is a broad role covering campaign management, lead generation, demand generation, branding and events, so you’ll need to be someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable getting involved across the full marketing mix.

The Role

Working closely with the wider marketing and commercial teams, you’ll play a key role in delivering campaigns that build brand awareness, generate demand and ultimately contribute to revenue growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, coordinating and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Supporting lead generation and demand generation activity across digital and traditional channels
  • Creating and managing content across websites, email, social media and other marketing channels
  • Supporting the development and execution of the company’s brand and messaging
  • Managing and coordinating events, exhibitions, webinars and other industry activities
  • Working closely with Sales to ensure marketing activity generates quality leads and supports the sales pipeline
  • Tracking campaign performance, analysing results and identifying opportunities to improve ROI
  • Managing external agencies, suppliers and partners where required
  • Supporting the wider marketing strategy and helping identify new opportunities to engage target audiences

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

More importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to progress. You may currently be a Marketing Executive, Marketing Coordinator or similar and feel ready to take on more ownership and responsibility.

You’ll be commercially aware, organised and confident working with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales and the wider business. You’ll also be comfortable getting stuck in — this is a hands-on role where your ability to execute is just as important as your ideas.

Why This Role?

This is a great opportunity to join a technology business where you can develop your marketing career rather than simply manage the day-to-day.

You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of campaigns, work closely with Sales, contribute to demand generation and develop your experience across multiple areas of marketing.

If you're ambitious, commercially focused and looking for a role where you can make your mark and take the next step, we'd like to hear from you.
