Job Description:
Marketing Executive
FourNet sells AI-enabled transformation, and our marketing function runs on it. So, this Marketing Executive position is a hands-on production role: you'll build the landing pages, emails and assets that carry our campaigns, implement the SEO work our agency recommends, and keep our events and admin running. You'll report to the Marketing Manager, with day-to-day support and direction from our Senior Marketing Executive, in a small team that punches well above its size.
A good share of what you build feeds our three-person SDR team directly — the nurture tracks, sequences and sector content they work from — so you'll see your output turn into conversations and meetings rather than disappear into a channel.
We'll give you Copilot, Claude, Claude Design and the AI features in HubSpot and WordPress from day one, and we're genuinely interested in what you do with them. We want someone who looks at a task and asks whether it needs doing that way. There's more work here than the team can do, so anything you automate frees you to move into something new.
What you'll do
- Build and update landing pages and website content in WordPress
- Build emails, campaign assets and nurture-track content in HubSpot, including sector-by-sector tracks supporting the SDR team
- Implement SEO recommendations from our agency — page changes, on-site fixes, technical follow-through
- Produce campaign and content assets to brief, including with Claude Design
- Coordinate physical and virtual events — logistics, delegate handling, follow-up
- Handle marketing administration, purchase orders and vendor payments
- Run routine reporting pulls and handle simple system and website requests

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match

See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What we're looking for
- A year or two of marketing experience, or a strong grounding plus evidence you can build things
- Comfort with a CMS and a marketing automation platform — HubSpot and WordPress ideally, but transferable experience is fine
- Practical curiosity about AI tools; you don't need to be expert, you need to want to get good
- Accurate, organised, and able to work to a brief without needing every detail spelled out
- Willing to be in the Manchester office with the team
Where it goes
The first six to nine months are production, and we won't pretend otherwise — you'll be executing to briefs and learning our systems, our brand and our sectors. Probation is assessed on output.

After that it opens up. Paid digital (Google Ads, paid social) is the first route, developed alongside the Marketing Manager. Beyond that it depends on what you're good at and what you want: SEO strategy, campaign planning, marketing automation, AI tooling and agent building. We'd rather shape the role around the person than hand you a fixed ladder.
