We’re looking for an experienced, creative marketing executive to lead marketing across our growing property group.
This is a hands-on role covering social media, paid advertising, direct marketing, content creation, lead generation, and campaign strategy, with regular travel between our Sheffield and Liverpool offices and property portfolio.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and execute our group-wide marketing strategy
- Manage social media platforms
- Plan and optimise Meta/Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns
- Drive student enquiries through direct marketing, campus outreach, and university promotion
- Manage email marketing, listings, website updates, and basic SEO
- Create engaging content and marketing materials
- Track campaign performance and use data to improve results
- Work closely with our lettings and operations teams across both cities

What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ marketing experience
- Strong experience with paid social, particularly Meta Business Suite
- Confident creating and managing social media content
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Comfortable using AI tools for content, copywriting, and campaign optimisation
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple campaigns and locations
- Experience in property, student accommodation, or PBSA is a bonus
- Full UK driving licence and own car essential
