Role: Marketing Executive
Location: Nottinghamshire
Job Type: Permanent, full time
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
Our client is a highly successful and rapidly growing B2B organisation with a strong online presence and an ambitious growth strategy. As they continue to invest in their digital channels, they're looking to appoint a meticulous and proactive Web Content Specialist to support the ongoing development of their e-commerce website.
Working closely with the wider marketing and digital team, this is a varied and hands-on role offering exposure to e-commerce, product marketing, digital merchandising, content creation, AI innovation, and commercial analytics.
Product Content & Website Management
- Create and optimise engaging product content that drives customer engagement and sales.
- Maintain product listings, imagery, descriptions, pricing, and categorisation across digital platforms.
- Ensure website content remains accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
- Support the creation and enhancement of product pages to improve the online customer journey.

Digital Innovation & AI Development
- Contribute to the implementation and development of AI-driven tools and functionality.
- Support ongoing digital transformation projects and process improvements.
- Help identify innovative ways to enhance customer interaction and product discovery.
Product Marketing & Brand Development
- Assist in producing physical and digital product assets, including photography, packaging, user guides, and branded materials.
- Translate product features into compelling customer benefits and value propositions.
- Create simple visual assets, promotional graphics, and engaging social content.

E-Commerce & Trading Support
- Support promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and website trading activity.
- Update homepage banners, featured products, and campaign landing pages.
- Prepare product data and merchandising information to support commercial initiatives.
Performance & Commercial Analysis
- Monitor product and campaign performance using sales, traffic, and conversion metrics.
- Produce reports and insights to support business decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer conversion and online trading performance.
