Marketing Executive
Salary: £32,000 – £36,000
Contract: Full Time, 2 Year Fixed Term Contract
Working Pattern: Hybrid with 3 Days in Office + 2 Days Home Working (following successful probation period)
Location: LS14 office with UK wide travel required

Chatterbug is a growing National Social Enterprise dedicated to improving communication outcomes for children, young people and adults through Speech and Language Therapy, training, technology and innovative educational solutions.
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team and help us grow awareness, engagement and trust across schools, Local Authorities, professionals and families.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role that combines:

What You'll Be Doing
You will work closely with our Marketing Manager to:
- Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Create engaging content and communications
- Support conferences, webinars and events
- Build relationships with schools and professionals
- Help grow our digital products + services
- Manage marketing systems and communications
- Coordinate external suppliers and freelancers

About You
You will be:
- A confident communicator
- Highly organised and proactive
- Comfortable managing multiple projects
- A strong writer
- Relationship-focused
- Able to work independently
- Passionate about making a positive difference
You will ideally have 3–5 years' experience in marketing, communications, engagement or a related field. Experience within education, healthcare, social enterprise or public services would be advantageous but is not essential.
