Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive supports the delivery of the regional marketing strategy within UK & Ireland while taking ownership of key digital campaigns, content, and marketing initiatives. The role is responsible for coordinating and delivering marketing activity that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and commercial outcomes.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive ensures campaigns and content are effectively planned, executed, and optimised, while contributing to continuous improvement and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns aligned to business objectives; focused on digital, content creation, and partnerships.
  • Implement across digital, email, social, and web channels.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, to a high standard, and drive engagement.
  • Support search engine optimisation and continuously improve campaign performance.

Content & Brand Management

  • Create and manage high-quality, on-brand content across all channels.
  • Identify content opportunities based on market insights and campaign needs.
  • Work with agencies and internal teams to produce creative assets.
  • Support events, media production, and marketing materials.
  • Manage marketing collateral and merchandise to support sales and events.

Performance & Analytics

  • Track and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Support KPI reporting and use data to optimise marketing effectiveness.
  • Contribute to budget tracking and performance reporting.
  • Analyse market data and customer behaviour to adapt marketing efforts.

Project Management & Coordination

  • Manage the UK & Irish marketing calendar and coordinate campaign delivery.
  • Support events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer teams to maximise impact.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 2–5 years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Experience working with digital tools, CMS, and analytics platforms
  • Strong content creation, writing, and editing skills
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actions
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management
  • Proactive and results-driven
  • Creative with a strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative and team-oriented
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced, growing environment
