Overview
Join Gallagher Re, a global leader in reinsurance, as a Marketing Executive. Based in Glasgow with a hybrid working model, you’ll be part of a close-knit, collaborative team that supports our reinsurance business. This is a varied role where you’ll gain experience across all areas of marketing, from events and social media to campaigns and analytics.

How you'll make an impact
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and social media activities.
- Help create brochures, reports, and other marketing materials.
- Work with subject matter experts to coordinate thought leadership content.
- Analyse marketing performance data to improve campaigns.
- Collaborate with design, PR, and business teams to deliver impactful projects.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines with confidence.
About You
- You’ve got experience in B2B marketing, ideally in financial services, insurance, or consulting.
- You’re comfortable working across different marketing channels like social media, events, and email campaigns.
- You’re organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- You enjoy working with others and building strong relationships with internal teams.
- You’re curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in regulated industries like financial services or insurance.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Workfront, or marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Knowledge of analytics tools
- Evidence of leading small projects or taking initiative.
