Role Overview
This is a hands-on, performance-driven role primarily focused on managing and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll be responsible for driving measurable growth, improving efficiency, and maximising ROI, while also supporting broader digital marketing initiatives including CRM, organic performance, and website optimisation.
You’ll be joining a growing marketing team within an ambitious and fast-scaling automotive business, supporting a portfolio of three distinct sub-brands. This role offers a genuine opportunity to take on significant ownership and evolve into a key second-in-command within the marketing function, playing a central role in shaping strategy and driving performance.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media (Primary Focus)
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
- Manage budgets effectively to maximise ROI and hit performance targets
- Conduct ongoing performance analysis, A/B testing, and optimisation
- Own channel strategy including audience targeting, creative testing, and bid strategies
- Monitor attribution models and continuously improve tracking accuracy
- Collaborate with creative teams or external partners to improve ad performance
Performance & Conversion Optimisation
- Analyse user behaviour and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates
- Implement CRO strategies across different channels, landing pages, and websites
- Work closely with developers/designers to test and deploy improvements
- Ensure tracking (GA4, tag managers, pixels) is correctly implemented and maintained

CRM & Email Marketing
- Manage CRM systems and customer data segmentation
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (promotions, lifecycle, automation)
- Build and optimise customer journeys to increase engagement and retention
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously refine strategy
Organic & Content Support
- Support SEO strategy including on-page optimisation and content improvements
- Work with content teams to align paid and organic efforts
- Identify opportunities for organic growth across search and social
Website & Digital Experience
- Contribute to website optimisation, UX improvements, and ongoing development
- Be involved in website builds, migrations, and landing page creation
- Ensure the website is aligned with marketing goals and conversion best practices
Process & Systems Management
- Support implementation and optimisation of internal systems (e.g. DMS, CRM platforms)
- Help define and improve marketing processes and workflows
- Ensure data flows correctly between systems for accurate reporting
Third-Party & Marketplace Management

- Manage relationships with agencies and media partners
- Oversee performance on third-party platforms and marketplaces
Reporting & Insights
- Produce regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Track KPIs across all digital channels
- Present findings to internal stakeholders and support decision-making
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in paid media management (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, etc.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimisation and user experience principles
- Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms
- Familiarity with SEO and organic growth strategies
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Ability to work both strategically and hands-on
- Experience with marketing automation tools
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for marketing use
