Proximity Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a growing business in Nottinghamshire to recruit an ambitious Marketing Executive (£30,000 + Benefits) to join their growing marketing team.

If you're someone who enjoys bringing campaigns to life, creating engaging content, working with multiple stakeholders and seeing your ideas make a real commercial impact, this could be the perfect next step. As the business continues to grow, they're investing in their marketing function and looking for someone who wants to grow with them.

The Opportunity

This is a broad, hands-on marketing role where no two days are the same. Working within a collaborative marketing team, you'll support the planning, delivery and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns, taking projects from concept through to execution while helping to strengthen the brand.

You'll have the chance to work across content creation, campaign planning, digital marketing, brand, stakeholder management and performance reporting, giving you exposure across the full marketing mix.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Planning and coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Creating engaging content and marketing collateral
  • Supporting campaign delivery from idea through to launch
  • Working closely with marina teams and external agency partners
  • Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing activity
  • Contributing fresh ideas that help the marketing team continue to evolve

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and genuinely passionate about marketing.

You'll likely already have experience as a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Executive or within a similar marketing role and be ready to take ownership of your own campaigns.
