MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Luxury Real Estate | Central London | £40,000 – £42,000
The Opportunity
Our client is a digital-first, relationship-led business at the forefront of luxury real estate, dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) around the world. Known for its pioneering use of social and digital media, the business connects some of the most exclusive properties globally with discerning buyers, blending proprietary technology with podcasts, PR, blogs, social and paid media.
As the business continues its UK and international expansion, we are seeking an ambitious Marketing Operations Executive to help shape the next generation of its digital ecosystem. This is a genuine disruptor brand — our client is looking for someone who is energised by challenging convention rather than simply following established ways of working, bringing curiosity, creative thinking and fresh ideas to how the business supports its advisors, activates its brand and delivers marketing.
The Culture
- Five years in, the business still operates with real start-up energy — things can be ambiguous and move quickly.
- A fun, modern environment with a serious ambition: to define the ultimate luxury real estate experience.
- A hard-working team that supports one another to get things done.
- Passionate, agile and creative by nature.
- Open, honest and committed to continuous personal and business development.
The Role
This is a hands-on, highly organised and commercially aware position at the operational heart of the Marketing team. You will coordinate campaigns, support advisors, manage marketing requests, keep projects moving, liaise with suppliers and support PR, communications and brand activity — becoming a key point of contact between Marketing and the wider business.
This is not a purely administrative role. Our client is looking for someone with judgement, initiative and the confidence to take ownership.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
