We’re a fast-growing digital and creative agency helping brands grow through the power of digital. Based in Mold, Flintshire, we work with an exciting range of clients and are looking to expand our talented team with a driven and creative Marketing Executive.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll take the lead on client accounts, delivering results through effective digital strategies.
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes digital marketing, especially when it comes to social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. While the main focus will be social media, experience with PPC (Google Ads, Bing Ads), SEO, and WordPress website management will really make you stand out.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and Director, bringing fresh ideas to the table, building strong client relationships, and delivering campaigns that make a real impact.
- Creating monthly social media content calendars tailored to client needs.
- Planning, implementing, and managing social media strategies for our clients.
- Designing graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud, as well as collaborating with our design team.
- Writing engaging and creative copy for social posts and campaigns.
- Launching and managing Paid Social Media campaigns to drive results.
- Monitoring campaign performance and optimising for better outcomes.
- Creating, managing, and optimising PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Supporting SEO tasks like keyword research, on-page updates, and content improvements.
- Helping with WordPress website development and updates as needed.
- Managing clients’ Google Business Profiles to improve their local visibility.
- Providing clients with regular updates, performance reports, and insights.

Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in digital marketing or social media management (agency experience is a bonus).
- Hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn platforms.
- Confident using Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud to create professional-looking visuals.
- A sharp eye for detail and a creative flair.
- An ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to campaigns.
- Bonus skills: experience with WordPress, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.
- A team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.

What We Offer
- We offer hybrid working, allowing flexibility to work from home after passing probation.
- The salary ranges from ÂŁ32,000 to ÂŁ40,000 per year, based on experience, with the opportunity to earn commission for any work personally won.
